Report gap analysis

You already publish something: a sustainability chapter, a PDF, last year's report. The question is whether it holds up against the requirements. We take your existing report and assess it line by line against every ESRS or VSME disclosure requirement that applies to your company.

Each requirement is returned as covered, partial or missing, with a confidence score and a reference to the exact passage we assessed. No vague observations, no generic recommendations: a precise register of where you are compliant and where you are exposed.

Service 02 · Gap closing

Gap closing & completion

The gap register establishes what is missing. We then close it, beginning with a structured questionnaire that maps how your company is organised: legal form, subsidiaries, sites, headcount, certifications and permits. Those answers determine precisely which requirements apply to you, so no effort is spent on disclosures you do not owe.

You then share your internal documentation through our secure client portal: policies, HR overviews, energy invoices, certificates and registry extracts. Our platform matches each piece of evidence to an open gap, a consultant verifies every match, and we revise the report until it is complete.

Service 03 · From scratch

Reports built from zero

Most companies do not have a sustainability report. They have the raw material for one, spread across HR folders, finance systems and certificate binders. That is all we need. You complete the questionnaire, share the internal documentation, and we take care of the rest.

We extract every required datapoint from your documents, draft each disclosure in clear, plain language, and verify every fact with you before it is finalised. Our design team then produces a report you will be confident to share: branded, carefully typeset and supported by well-designed charts, delivered as print-ready PDF, editable Word and a web version.
