Our work

Confidential by default. Compliant by delivery.

Sustainability reports contain payroll data, energy invoices and board-level decisions, so we do not publish client names. What we can show is the shape of the work: what came in, what we found, and what was delivered.

Gap analysis → gap closing

From a marketing document to a verifiable report

A family-owned surfaces manufacturer had a sustainability report that customers repeatedly questioned: strong on photography, short on substantiated figures. The gap analysis mapped 28 applicable VSME requirements and identified 11 as partial or missing.

The evidence already existed within the organisation. The utility data sheet closed the water disclosure. The employee guide demonstrated collective-agreement coverage. The code of conduct evidenced the complaints mechanism. Eight gaps were closed without a single new document being produced; the remaining three were resolved within two weeks through a targeted evidence request.

Delivered: a redesigned annual report with every figure traceable to a source document, plus a status register their customers can review line by line.

Gap analysis

Establishing the position before the regulator does

An apparel group preparing for CSRD Wave 2 held a 140-page draft report with no reliable view of how it would perform under review. Our platform assessed 214 disclosures against the ESRS requirements applicable to the group, scoring each with confidence levels and source references.

The result: 41 open gaps, of which 29 were closable with evidence the group already held in HR systems, supplier contracts and energy data. Rather than a generic roadmap, the board received a register sorted by owner: what finance resolves, what HR resolves, and what requires legal.

Delivered: a complete gap register and an owner-sorted action plan that converted an open-ended compliance question into a six-week internal work programme.

Report from scratch

A first report built from existing documentation

A regional food producer had never written a sustainability report, until their largest retail customer began requiring one from every supplier. The company had no ESG function and no intention of establishing one.

They completed our questionnaire in an afternoon and shared 23 internal documents through the client portal: certificates, an HR overview, utility invoices and a waste contract. The questionnaire established which VSME Basic disclosures applied, our platform extracted the datapoints, and we wrote and designed the report.

Delivered: their first designed sustainability report, two weeks after their documents arrived. It has since been reused to answer two further customer ESG screenings without additional work.

One report in place of a dozen questionnaires

A components supplier faced a growing volume of ESG questionnaires from listed customers: each one different, each one urgent, none of them coordinated. Their brief two-page statement satisfied none of them.

We developed it into a full VSME report. The first cycle completed the Basic module; the second stepped up to Comprehensive as customer requirements grew. Because every figure is pinned to a verified source, each new customer questionnaire is now answered by referencing the report rather than starting from the beginning.

Delivered: a report that stepped up a module in its second year, with an annual status update showing precisely what improved since the previous cycle.
